We want you to love your new stickers, notepads and all the cutsey stuff! If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will happily send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Because we are a small shop, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order has shipped; however, if you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase.
In the event of a non-delivery, please allow up to 7 business days past the estimated arrival date before contacting us, as postal delays can occur. Please note that buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout; we cannot offer refunds for items sent to an incorrectly provided address.
Your purchases are handled with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each order is tucked into a protective, heavy-duty cardstock mailer or bubble polymailers to prevent any bending or creasing during transit.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. To keep your costs as low as possible, standard shipping is sent via untracked letter mail; however, tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you prefer extra peace of mind.
Please note that while domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, international orders can take anywhere from 2–4 weeks depending on your local customs processing.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or items held at customs. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been posted. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or goes missing beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected arrival date so we can assist you. Any additional customs fees or import taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
